Tom Collins
1 1/2 ounces gin
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice -- Juice of 1/2 lemon
club soda -- To fill
1 orange slice
1 maraschino cherry

In a mixing glass, add lemon juice, powdered sugar, and gin. Cover
and shake. Pour into collins glass filled with ice cubes, fill with club soda, and stir. Garnish with lemon and orange slices and a maraschino cherry. Serve with straw.
Rum Runner
1 1/2 ounces gin
juice of 1 lime
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 dash bitters

Shake with ice and strain over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass
rimmed with salt.
Pink Lady
1 ounce gin
1/2 ounce grenadine
2 ounces heavy cream
